You may not:
Share your course login.
Download materials unless download access is expressly provided.
Share recordings or replays with non-purchasers.
Copy course materials into another course, community, program, or product.
Teach our materials as your own.
Use our content to create a competing offer.

If you join a Nova Growth Systems community, including a Skool community or any other private platform, you agree to follow these community rules.

Sell products or services inside the community without written approval.
Scrape, export, copy, or collect member information.
Share screenshots, recordings, posts, comments, private messages, or member information outside the community without permission.
Use the community to recruit members into competing products, events, groups, or services.
Misrepresent your identity, experience, results, or affiliations.
Upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or offensive content.
Disrupt the community experience or create unnecessary conflict.
We may remove posts, comments, content, or members at our discretion. We may terminate community access without refund if we believe a member violates these Terms, harms the integrity of the community, misuses intellectual property, disrupts other members, or acts in a way that is inconsistent with the purpose of the community.
The Leverage Collective and any other application-based programs are designed for participants who meet certain business, readiness, and implementation criteria.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept or reject applicants at our discretion.
If accepted, you agree to:
Provide accurate information about your business.
Participate in good faith.
Attend scheduled sessions where possible.
Complete agreed implementation work.
Respect other participants’ confidentiality.

If you join a Nova Growth Systems community, including a Skool community or any other private platform, you agree to follow these community rules.
You may not:
Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or intimidate other members.
Post spam, irrelevant promotions, or unauthorized solicitations.
Sell products or services inside the community without written approval.
Scrape, export, copy, or collect member information.
Share screenshots, recordings, posts, comments, private messages, or member information outside the community without permission.
Use the community to recruit members into competing products, events, groups, or services.
Misrepresent your identity, experience, results, or affiliations.
Upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or offensive content.
Disrupt the community experience or create unnecessary conflict.
We may remove posts, comments, content, or members at our discretion. We may terminate community access without refund if we believe a member violates these Terms, harms the integrity of the community, misuses intellectual property, disrupts other members, or acts in a way that is inconsistent with the purpose of the community.
The Leverage Collective and any other application-based programs are designed for participants who meet certain business, readiness, and implementation criteria.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept or reject applicants at our discretion.
If accepted, you agree to:
Provide accurate information about your business.
Participate in good faith.
Attend scheduled sessions where possible.
Complete agreed implementation work.
Respect other participants’ confidentiality.
Use the materials only for your own personal or internal business use.
Avoid sharing private program materials, frameworks, recordings, or member information.
Program outcomes depend on many factors, including your business model, readiness, implementation, team, follow-through, skill, timing, and external conditions. We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, profit, transaction count, time savings, hiring result, operational result, or business outcome.
